A live space of embodiment an lasting personal growth
There are things that only shift when you are no longer working on yourself alone.
You may have already done real work, sessions, reading, practices you return to on your own and something has moved but there is a layer that solo work rarely reaches, the part of you that only shows up when you are actually seen, in real time, by other people who are not performing either.
Because at a certain point, change is no longer found by going deeper into yourself in private, it is found by bringing what you have already discovered into contact with others, and seeing what is still true when it is witnessed.
This is where group work becomes something unique.

Within the group, everyday patterns naturally begin to appear: the ways we connect, withdraw, protect ourselves, seek approval, avoid vulnerability, or long to be seen. Rather than trying to fix these patterns, we create the conditions to observe them with awareness and respond from a place of greater presence.
The group itself becomes part of the practice not because others have the answers, but because authentic human connection often reveals what solitude cannot.
You may leave with new perspectives, meaningful conversations, practical tools, and a deeper connection to yourself.
More importantly, you leave having experienced what it feels like to remain present, open, and authentic not only in meditation, but in relationship with life and with others.
My intention for this is to create a safe, respectful, and transformative environment where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding, and where lasting change can unfold naturally.
If you feel called to explore this work, I would be happy to connect. We can begin with a conversation and see together whether one of the upcoming workshops or retreats feels like the right next step on your journey.
