My path has never followed a single tradition and the journey has been one of deep transformation, shaped by inner inquiry, experience, shadow work adn searching for the truth.

I've walked through the landscapes of psychology, somatics and trauma work but I've also sat in silence, studied the subtle realms of Tantra, and opened myself to spirit through direct experience.

Through exploring the layers of the human psyche and the subtle landscapes of the soul, I’ve come to believe that the self is not something we create, but something we uncover a quiet essence beneath the noise, untouched and whole.

I value authenticity, compassion, and deep presence,  qualities that guide the way I hold space and meet others on their path. I believe healing is less about striving and more about softening and about meeting what is already here with loving awareness. I’m here to support that meeting, not by shaping your path, but by honuoring the wisdom that already lives within you.
